1. Service team composition:

The after-sales service team of Xi'an Xin Sanming consists of 5 people, and the team members are senior engineers with years of experience in after-sales service of transmission machinery and universal joint products. After sales service personnel are involved in product development from the beginning, so that they can familiarize themselves with the product structure and characteristics as early as possible, improve after-sales service efficiency, achieve twice the result with half the effort in the after-sales service process, and minimize the maintenance time for users!

2. Technical training:

(1) At the beginning of product development, sufficient technical communication is conducted with the user's product engineer to ensure a perfect match between the universal joint product and the user's product, effectively avoiding the occurrence of faults such as interference and uncoordinated motion;

(2) When delivering the first universal joint product to the user for installation (equipment), track the installation and debugging process, check for any interference, and ensure that the limit angle meets the usage requirements;

(3) Train vehicle (equipment) operators to operate the vehicle (equipment) correctly, avoiding subjecting the universal joint to large impact loads (such as forcefully lifting the clutch pedal, starting the vehicle with a high-speed gear), excessive torque at large swing angles (such as when the steering wheel is not in a straight line when starting the vehicle), and bearing additional loads (such as driving with a differential lock on a hard road surface and turning the steering wheel);

3. After sales service

The warranty period for the Xi'an Xin Sanming Double Cross Universal Joint Assembly is one year from the date of acceptance. Provide 7 * 24-hour telephone service , respond to product service needs within 1 hour after receiving a call from the user during the warranty period, and arrive on-site for repair and maintenance services within 24 hours. The repair and maintenance time shall not exceed 12 hours. If it cannot be repaired in a timely manner, we will replace the assembly for the user free of charge and charge no fees. After the warranty period expires, we will continue to provide users with maintenance and repair services. If replacement parts are required, only the material cost fee will be charged.
