1. Product description
The wheel-side half shaft assembly of the tunnel boring machine is the core transmission component of the tunnel construction equipment, specially designed for driving the traveling system of the tunnel boring machine, and is responsible for efficiently transmitting power from the driving end to the traveling wheel set. Its structure is compact and it has excellent load-bearing capacity. It can adapt to the continuous high-load operation under complex geological conditions in the tunnel (such as fractured rock strata, high humidity and mud environment), ensuring the dynamic stability and precise control of the tunnel boring machine during the tunneling, turning and deviation correction processes. It is a key component for ensuring the efficient advancement of tunnel construction.
2. Product features
1) Super load-bearing structure
It is integrally forged from high-strength alloy steel, and undergoes quenching and tempering as well as surface strengthening treatment. The tensile strength reaches over 1,200 MPa, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can withstand a dynamic torque of ≥30,000 N·m.
2) Compact universal drive design
The cross-axis quasi-constant velocity universal joint structure supports a deflection Angle of ±45°, which is suitable for the steering of the walking wheel set and the adjustment of the fuselage posture in the narrow space of the tunnel, ensuring the continuity of power transmission.
3) Fully enclosed protection system
The multi-layer labyrinth seal and high-pressure rubber dust cover combination, with a protection level of IP68/IP69K, effectively prevent the intrusion of rock powder, mud and groundwater. The internal long-lasting high-temperature resistant grease (applicable temperature -45° C to 120° C) ensures a long maintenance cycle.
4) Anti-fatigue optimization
The lightweight design of the shaft, combined with finite element topology optimization and surface strengthening treatment, ensures uniform stress distribution and increases fatigue life by 30%.
